Do you offer free home delivery?

How is the steak packaged for delivery?

We recommend cooking our flash frozen steaks straight from the freezer. Be sure to adjust cooking times accordingly and enjoy the exceptional taste and tenderness of our premium steaks.

What is your return or refund policy?

We abide by the Federal Trade Commission's Cooling-Off Rule, which allows you to cancel your purchase within three business days if it was made at your home or a location other than our permanent place of business. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within this period to arrange a return or refund. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

What if I'm not home when my delivery arrives?

We prefer that you're home for your delivery so the product can go straight into your freezer. However, if prior arrangements are made with your delivery driver, we can leave your order in a location of your choice, safely packed in a styrofoam cooler with dry ice to ensure it stays frozen until you return.

How long does delivery typically take?

Our standard delivery is available next day. In special cases, we can arrange for same-day delivery. If you require same-day service, please contact your delivery driver, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.
